Description 

This screen displays the patient flow report of a clinic and/or office. It can be customized according to the user's or provider's needs. 


Access 


Through Modern Main Menu

  • In the main menu, click on the Workflow button. 
  • Press the Reports button, located at the top of the screen. 

Through Classic Main Menu

  • On the Main Menu screen, press the Workflow button, located at the top right of the screen. 
  • Then, press the Reports button, located at the top of the screen. 

Through Appointments 

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Press the More button, located at the top of the screen and select the Workflow option. 
  • Then, press the Reports button, located at the top of the screen. 


Sections 


Buttons

  • Export: Allows you to export the report to one of the available formats and save it in a file on the hard disk.
  • Print: Allows you to print the report. 
  • Provider Report: Allows you to select the date range of the report and select the supplier. 
  • Previous: Allows to close the screen.

  • Filtros Date: Allows to filter the chart, by date.
  • Provider: Allows to select the provider.
  • Omit Location: When this option is selected, the room where the patient was located will not be displayed. 
  • Rebound Patients: Pressing this button displays the patients who were dispatched without being seen. 
  • Refresh: When pressed, the report information will be displayed. 
  • Reports: Allows to customize the chart, according to the user's wishes, to display the report. 
  • Charts: Graph showing the average time per minute that the patient was in each room. 
  • Total Patients Found: Displays the number of patients, which the system found, according to the search criteria.


  • Save Layout: Allows to save the selected design according to the user's preference.
  • Restore Layout: When pressed, it allows you to restore the original screen layout.
