Description
Screen where the clinical alerts are displayed and detailed. In this screen, the references and links to access more information about the clinical alert will be displayed.
Access
Through "Side Bar": In the Advanced Progress Note screen, go to the buttons on the left and press the Alerts button. In Advanced Progress Note / Settings / Side Bar Settings, select the Keyword called Alerts and place it in the preferred category. Once you save the changes in the Settings screen, when you return to the Advanced Progress Note screen, you will find the Alerts button to access the Alerts screen.
Through "Search": On the Advanced Progress Note screen, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Alerts button.
A través de "Advanced Progress Note": On the Advanced Progress Note screen, press the Alerts button located at the top of the screen. If this button is identified in red, it means that the patient has pending clinical alerts. If the button is identified in yellow, it means that the patient has no clinical alerts.
Sections
- Alerts: Section where patient alerts will be displayed.
- Filters Areas: This section allows you to filter the alerts displayed to the patient. It can be filtered by Active Alerts, Inactive Alerts and Show All.
- Table: This area contains all the alerts that apply to the patient.
Inactive: Inactivate the alert.
Process this alert: Pressing indicates that this alert has been processed. The alert will automatically go to the list of inactive alerts.
Details (Criteria for the selected alert): In this section, the detail of the references as registered in the configuration section will be displayed.
- Medications: By clicking on the link in the medication section, the information will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Link to Reference Sources: By clicking on the link in this section, a new tab will be displayed in your computer's browser with the registered information.
- You will be able to print the selected information, to give it to the patient by pressing the “Print” button.
