Description
Screen where the rates for which the provider is contracted in the medical plan are configured.
Access
Through Main Menu
- On the main screen, press the Billing button.
- Then press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Fee Schedules option.
Through QuickLinks
- On the main screen, click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen and select the Billing option.
- Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Fee Schedules option.
Through Patients
- On the Patient Details screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option.
- Next, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Fee Schedules option.
Through Appointments
- On the Appointments screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option.
- Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Fee Schedules option.
Through Settings
- On the Settings screen, press the Billing button and then press the Fee Schedules button.
Sections
Buttons
- Previous: Closes the screen.
- Add Fee Schedule: Allows you to add rates for the selected insurance company.
- Search: When selected, it will display the Multiple Code Selection screen, in order to select CPT codes.
Columns
- Companies: Section where the insurance companies will be displayed. This section will contain a column with the number of Fee Schedules created by each insurer.
- Business Units / Feed Schedules: Section where the coverage of the selected medical plan will be displayed.
- Right-clicking on this section will display the following options:
- Add: Allows you to add rates to the selected insurance company. It is recommended to write the name of the insurance company to identify the rate.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the selected Fee Schedule.
Copy: Copy the selected rate. - Create from Medicare Code + Rates: The Medicare Code+Pricing Download screen opens, allowing you to select code listings, with the prices set by Medicare.
- Add: Allows you to add rates to the selected insurance company. It is recommended to write the name of the insurance company to identify the rate.
- Prices: Section where the price of the selected cover will be displayed.
- By clicking on this section with the right mouse button, the following options will be displayed:
- Add Code / Favorite Codes Screen: When selected, the Select Code screen will be displayed to download CPT code ranges with Medicare rates.
- Delete Selected Rows: Selecting will delete the selected row.
- Copy Selected Rows: Selecting will copy the selected rows.
- Paste Copied Rows: If the Copy Selected Rows option was used, the copied items are added. This option makes it easy to copy prices from one company to another.
- Apply Medicare Rates: When selected, it will add the price given by Medicare to the selected row.
- Append Medicare Codes+Rates: When selected, the Medicare Code+Pricing Download screen will be displayed to select a range of codes with the prices established by Medicare.
