Screen Description

Acces to configure the insurance companies and health insurance plan fees and prices.

Access 

Screen access from two areas :

• From Billing: In main menu press the Billing button. then press the the Settings buttons and select the Fee Schedules options.
• From Settings: In main menu, press the Billing button y and the select the Fee Schedules options.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Add: Allows to add the insurance company rates .
  • Search: When selecting this option opens the Multiple Code Selection screen to select the CPT codes.
  • Previous: Closes screen
• Companies:  Displays all the insurance companies.This area contains a column with the number of Fee Schedules created by each insurance company.
• Business Units / Feed Schedules: Displays all rates. By pressing right click, displays the following options:
  • Add: Allows to add the insurance company selected rate. (Is recommneded to write the Insurance Company Name to identify the rate.)

  • Delete: Allows to delete the Fee Schedule selected.

  • Copy: Copies the selected rate.

  • Create from Medicare Code + Rates:  Opens the Medicare Code + Pricing Download screen being able to select the code list with prices established by Medicare.

  
  

  
  

• Prices: Displays the selected created rate.
  • Add Code / Favorite Codes Screen: By selecting opens the Multiple Code Selection screen being able to to download the CPT codes ranges with Medicare rates.
  • Delete Selected Rows: Deletes the selected row.
  • Copy Selected Rows: Copies the selected row. 
  • Paste Copied Rows: If the option of Copy Selected Rows is used it will add what is copied on row. This option facilitates to copy the prices from one company to other.
  • Apply Medicare Rates: Add the Medicare price to the selected row.
  • Append Medicare Codes + Rates: Opens the Medicare Code + Pricing Download screen to select the codes ranges with prices established by Medicare.
