Description

Screen used to manage facility information. Add all of the facilities where healthcare services are provided.


Access

From the Billing module, click on the Settings button and select the Facilities option. 

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Facilities option.


Sections

  • Buttons
    • Add: (Name, Physical Address and Facility NPI are required).
    • Edit
    • Save
    • Previous: Return to the previous screen.
  • Add Picture: 
  • Detail: Name (Name, Physical Address and Facility NPI are required).


Note: Facilities added here are displayed on the Procedures screen. Use the Default check on the data grid to identify the practice location to use as default when adding procedures.
