There are several options to create a claim, without encounter.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the Billing button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Once the screen is displayed, press the Create button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- In the Quick Claim / Create Claim Without Encounter section, find the patient for whom you want to create a claim without encounter.
- Select the service you want to add to the claim.
- Once selected, press the Create Claim button.
- The claims screen will be displayed:
- At this time, the billing staff must record all claim information.
- Select the required fields to process the claim.
- Edit the necessary fields, provider who provided the service, code, charges, etc.
- Once you have completed entering the corresponding information, press the Save button.
- After pressing the Save button, press the Previous button to close the screen.
- We will return to the Billing screen.
- You will notice that the Juana Del Pueblo patient claim line will be displayed.
Opción #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Billing option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Once the screen is displayed, press the Create button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- In the Quick Claim / Create Claim Without Encounter section, find the patient for whom you want to create a claim without encounter.
- Select the service you want to add to the claim.
- Once selected, press the Create Claim button.
- The claims screen will be displayed:
- At this time, the billing staff must record all claim information.
- Select the required fields to process the claim.
- Edit the necessary fields, provider who provided the service, code, charges, etc.
- Once you have completed entering the corresponding information, press the Save button.
- After pressing the Save button, press the Previous button to close the screen.
- We will return to the Billing screen.
