• Patient stands in front of assigned computer. .
  • The following screen will be displayed:
  • Patient selects the preferred language. (The english language is selected for this example).
  • By pressing the English button displays the following screen:




  • Patient will enter last name, telephone number and date of birth and will press Continue.
  • System will search for patient. If there is no patient registered displays the following screen:
  • If patient wrote the last name or telephone number wrong will press the Search Again button.
  • If patient entered his information correctly means that there is no record in office for this patient and has to press the Register button to register in system. 
    • Important Note: When patient is registered in system will appear in the Workflow (Arrivals) screen (with the yellow shaded line). If patient is in system will only appear the patients name in the Workflow (Arrivals) screen.
  • If in search system finds the patients information the following screen will be displayed:
  • Patient will register the reason of visit in this screen.
    • Important Note: In case the patients reason of visit does not appear in options patient will go to a authorized personal and must edit option located in the Settings/ Clinical/Clinical Task Templates / Arrivals Categories.
  • The following screen will display when patient finishes the registration process by selecting the reason of visit and pressing the Continue button:
