Description

On the Appointments screen, users have the ability to save a patient's signature. This signature can only be saved once daily. Any saved signatures are accessible for review through the Signatures feature found on the Patient Details screen's toolbar.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button on the Main Menu screen.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select the patient and click on the Signature button.
  • The arrived checkmark must be displayed in order to take the patient's signature.

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen, and select the Appointments option.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select the patient and click on the Signature button.
  • Alternatively, choose the Patients option.
  • Once the screen is displayed and the patient has been selected, click on the 'Signature' button located at the top of the screen.
  • The arrived checkmark must be displayed in order to take the patient's signature.

Through Patients 

  • Select the "Patients Detail" button on the Main Menu screen.
  • In the Patient Details screen, click the 'Appointments' button at the top. Then, in the Appointments screen, select the desired patient and click the 'Signature' button.
  • The "Arrived at" checkmark must be displayed to capture the patient's signature.


**Required**

Terminals must be equipped with an authorized signature pad for user authentication.
