Screen Description
Configure all Appointment Types.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Select the 'Appointment' button on the Main Menu screen.
- Once the Appointment screen appears, click on the Settings button, which is located in the Side Panel section on the right side of the screen.
- On the Appointment Settings screen, click the Add button located at the top and choose the 'Appt. Types' option.
Through QuickLinks
- Select the 'QuickLinks' text at the top of the main menu screen.
- Once the Appointment screen appears, click on the Settings button located in the Side Panel on the right side of the screen.
- On the Appointments screen, click the Add button, then choose the 'Appt. Types' option.
Through Settings
- Select the Settings button on the Main Menu screen.
- Search the Settings / Office / Appointments section.
- On the Appointment Settings screen, click the Add button located at the top and choose the 'Appt. Types' option.
Configuration
Configured appointment types will be selectable in the Type field when creating or modifying appointments.
Sections
Buttons
- Add: Please add a new entry with color coding.
- Edit: Enables editing of the selected line.
- Delete: Enables the removal of the selected line.
- Save: Enables the storage of changes made on the screen.
- Cancel: Cancel all changes made on the screen.
- Table grid: Displays all entries.
- Type: Provide the description of the appointment type.
- Color: Choose a color to represent the designated appointment type.
- Office: It allows the selection of an office to which the created office type will be added, if it differs from the one currently connected.
- Is Default: The type of appointment, whether to identify, configure, or edit, will be displayed when adding an appointment.
- Appt. Confirmations: Selecting this box will send a text message to the patient with that type of appointment.
