Description

Screen used to add education materials that can be accessed from the Progress Note screen.


Access


Through Settings

  • From the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Education Handouts button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then press the Clinical button and select the Education Handouts button.


Sections 


Buttons

  • Edit Mappings: Allows you to link a specific item to a diagnosis or an order. When pressed, it displays the following screen:  


  • Templates: Allows multiple education documents to be assigned to a template. This allows the user to document in the patient's clinical record the delivery of multiple education documents with a single selection.


  • Add: Allows you to add a new education, either by creating a template or by adding a document, in PDF format. When pressing this button, the following screen will be displayed.


  • Edit: Allows to edit already saved educations.
  • Cancel: Cancel any changes that have been made.
  • Save: Allows you to save the changes made on the screen.
  • Previous: It will close the screen.  


Categories: Education categories. They can be edited and deleted.


  • Add Categories: Allows to add a category.
  • Edit: Allows you to edit the selected category and assign it to a specific provider. Only this provider would be viewing the education.
  • Delete: Allows to delete the selected category.


Handouts: The educations will be displayed, as configured, when the category is selected.  


  • Delete: Allows to delete the selected education.
