Description
Screen used to add education materials that can be accessed from the Progress Note screen.
Access
Through Settings
- From the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Education Handouts button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Then press the Clinical button and select the Education Handouts button.
Sections
Buttons
- Edit Mappings: Allows you to link a specific item to a diagnosis or an order. When pressed, it displays the following screen:
- Templates: Allows multiple education documents to be assigned to a template. This allows the user to document in the patient's clinical record the delivery of multiple education documents with a single selection.
- Add: Allows you to add a new education, either by creating a template or by adding a document, in PDF format. When pressing this button, the following screen will be displayed.
- Edit: Allows to edit already saved educations.
- Cancel: Cancel any changes that have been made.
- Save: Allows you to save the changes made on the screen.
- Previous: It will close the screen.
Categories: Education categories. They can be edited and deleted.
- Add Categories: Allows to add a category.
- Edit: Allows you to edit the selected category and assign it to a specific provider. Only this provider would be viewing the education.
- Delete: Allows to delete the selected category.
Handouts: The educations will be displayed, as configured, when the category is selected.
- Delete: Allows to delete the selected education.
