Description

Screen use to configure the Holidays and Vacations Days of an office or provider.

Acces


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments button.
  • On the Appointment Settings screen, press the Add button, located at the top of the screen, and select the Add Hol. 

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Settings option. Press the Office button and then select the Appointments button.
  • Or select the Appointments option and press the Settings button, located in the Side Panel section.
  • Once on the Appointment Settings screen, press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.

Through Appointment

  • In the main menu, press the Appointments button.
  • Then press the Settings button, located on the right side of the screen in the Side Panel section.
  • On the Appointment Settings screen, press the Add button at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Save: Allows to save the created event.
  • Cancel: Allows to close the screen.
  • Office: Allows to select the office that will have the Holiday or Vacation. 
  • Description: Write the description of the Holiday or Vacation. 
  • Provider: Allows to select the provider witch Holiday or Vacation will be added. If its going to apply for all providers, select with a check mark the field located on top of the provider. 
  • Type: Allows to select the Type of day office will be closed. 
  • Start Date: Start date of the created event.
  • End Date: Date when the created event ends.
