Description 

Displays the history of alerts created for the selected patient. (Does not include office alerts) 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select a patient from the Appointments screen and then click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
  • Then choose the Alerts option and then choose the Patient Alert History option.

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen to open it.
  • Select either the Appointments or Patients option.
  • On both screens, select patient. Then click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Alerts option, and then select the Patient Alert History option.

Through Patients

  • To select a patient, go to the Patient Details screen and click on the 'More' button located at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the 'Alerts' option, followed by the 'Patient Alert History' selection.


Sections 

  • Close: Allows to close screen. 
  • Chart: Display all created alerts for the patient.
