Description
Displays the history of alerts created for the selected patient. (Does not include office alerts)
Access
Through Main Menu
- Select a patient from the Appointments screen and then click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
- Then choose the Alerts option and then choose the Patient Alert History option.
Through QuickLinks
- Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen to open it.
- Select either the Appointments or Patients option.
- On both screens, select patient. Then click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Alerts option, and then select the Patient Alert History option.
Through Patients
- To select a patient, go to the Patient Details screen and click on the 'More' button located at the top of the screen.
- Choose the 'Alerts' option, followed by the 'Patient Alert History' selection.
Sections
- Close: Allows to close screen.
- Chart: Display all created alerts for the patient.
