Description
Screen used to create and store documents related to the patient's medical history via Templates.
Access
Click on the Patient Notes button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen.
Can't find the Patients Note button?: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Patients Notes item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press saveto store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

- Confidential For: Identifies the user groups that will have access to the note.
- Buttons
: Enables the Title field to select a template.
: Opens the edit template screen to create a new document or to edit an existing template.
Allergies: Adds active allergies to the document.
- Diagnosis: Adds active diagnosis to the document.
- Procedures: Adds active procedures to the document.
- Vital Signs: Adds vital signs to the document.
