Introduction
This section will help in the configuration of the different sections in order to work properly with the Workflow screen.
Configuration Details
- Display the Clinical Task, Task History and Active Tasks buttons on the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Where to Configure: In the Advanced Progress Note screen, select the Settings button and select the Side Bar Settings option. Add the following Keywords: Clinical Tasks, Tasks History and Active Tasks. Recommeded Article: Learn More About: Advanced Progress Note / Settings / Side Bar Settings
Configure the reasons for visits for Workflow.
- Where to Configure: In the Workflow screen, press the Subject Settings button in the Arrivals section. Automatically, the reason for the visit will be saved. Also, they can be configured in the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Task Template screen. Then, press the Arrivals Categories button at the top of the screen and record the reasons for the visits.
Configure the visit categories for Add Workflow.
Configure the Office Locations of the visit for the Add Workflow screen.
- Where to Configure: Go to the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Task Templates screen. Then, press the Task Categories button, located at the top of the screen.
Configuring the Viewer screen
- Where to Configure: Go to the Settings / Office / Workflow Viewer screen.
Configure the categories of the visits.
- Where to Configure: Go to the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Task Templates screen. Then, press the Task Categories button, located at the top of the screen.
