Description
Screen used to place the patient in the preferred room (Note: If the patient has a pending clinical task, a message will be displayed if you still wish to assign the selected patient to a provider).
Configuration
This screen needs to be configured, the category of the visit. Recommended Article: Workflow / Configuration
Access
Through Modern Main Menu
- In the main menu, click on the Workflow button.
- Click on the Arrivals tab and then select the Add Arrivals button.
- Then double click on the selected patient or press the Assign Patient button.
Through Classic Main Menu
- In the main menu, click on the Workflow button, located at the top right of the screen.
- Press the Arrivals tab and then select the Add Arrivals button.
- Then double click on the selected patient or press the Assign Patient button.
Through Appointments
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the More button located at the top of the screen and select the Workflow option.
- Click on the Arrivals tab and then click on the Add Arrivals button.
- Then double click on the selected patient or press the Assign Patient button.
Sections
- Copy: When pressed, it displays the name of the provider that is connected, in case there is a different provider.
- Save: Allows you to save the changes made on the screen.
- Close: Allows you to close the screen.
- Offices: Field where the selected office is displayed.
- Office Locations: Identifies to which location the patient was assigned.
- Providers: Identifies the provider, who will be attending the patient.
- Category: Identifies which category the patient has. These categories are customized by the office.
- Note: The options that are displayed in the category section are configured in the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Tasks Templates screen, by pressing the Tasks Categories button, located at the top of the screen. Remember that once you have completed the configuration, you must restart the system for them to be displayed.
