• In the main menu, click on the Workflow button. 
• Press the Clinical Tasks tab, located on the right side of the screen. 
• To display the screen, double click on the patient. 

Through Classic Main Menu

• In the main menu, click on the Workflow button, located at the top right of the screen. 
• Press the Clinical Tasks tab, located on the right side of the screen. 
• To display the screen, double click on the patient.

Through Appointments 

• Go to the Appointments screen. 
• Press the More button located at the top of the screen and select the Workflow option. 
• Then, press the Clinical Tasks tab, located on the right side of the screen. 
• To display the screen, double click on the patient. 

Screen Access  

• The Active Task screen will be displayed. 

Sections 

• Filtros: Allows to filter the chart by date.

Buttons

• : 

When pressed, it updates the table at the bottom of the screen.

• : Deactivates the task assigned to the patient. When pressed, the Task Deactivation Confirmation screen will be displayed. Enter the reason and proceed to press the Save button.

• Mark as Completed: When pressed, the selected Clinical Task is marked as completed in the table.
• Notifications: It will display the list of clinical tasks assigned to the patient. 
• Tabla: Place where it shows all patients, who have pending clinical tasks. By selecting each row, you will be able to visualize.
  • Label: This circle will represent the category assigned by the provider at the time of attaching the Clinical Task to the patient in the clinical area.
  • Name: Patient's name. 
  • Chief Complaint: Displays the patient's chief complaint. 
  • Provider: Name of provider, who attended you.
  • Date Time Start: Displays the date of the meeting. 
  • Category: Displays the category, which was assigned to the patient at the time of registration to a provider. 
  • Datos Demográficos: (Fecha de nacimiento, sexo, idioma.)
  • Start Date: (Date of birth, sex, language).
