Access

From the Main Menu, click on Settings, then Under the General section click on Staff & Providers.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Copy Clinical Evaluations: Press to access functionality to copy the clinical evaluation options from one clinical user to another. On the From drop-down, select the user with the desired options, on the To section check the users to whom the options will be copied to and on the right, select the areas that are to be copied. Press Save to execute the copy.

• PN Report Setting: Click to configure the options and order of data elements to appear on the printed progress note for the selected provider.
• Close Encounter Code Settings: Press to configure procedure codes to be available as "Frequent Procedures" on the Close Patient Encounter screen.
• Order Settings: Press to authorize nursing staff to create orders on behalf of the selected provider.
• New: Add new providers (A Username must be created prior to adding a Staff and Providers record).

• Previous: Return to the previous screen
• Data Grid: Lists all clinical providers including their status.for active providers andif inactive.

  • Signature: Store the providers signature (a Signature Pad is required). The signature stored here will be displayed in progress notes, prescriptions, orders and can be included in any document template created where the "Providers Signature" keyword was inserted.
  • e-Prescription: If an SPI ("Surescripts Provider Identifier") is added to the record, press to view the information registered with Surescripts.
