Description

Screen used to add education materials that can be accessed from the Progress Note screen.



Access

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Education Handouts option.


Sections

  • Buttons
    • Add: Add new education material, either by using the template form or by uploading a PDF document. Start by adding the name (as displayed below).



  • Edit
  • Cancel
  • Save
  • Edit Mappings: Map diagnosis or CPT codes to education materials.




  • Templates: Create templates that include multiple education materials. These templates allow users to select multiple education documents and add them into the patient record by making a single selection.  Ex. A Diet & Exercise template mapped to multiple education items.



  • Categories: Create your own education category types.




  • Add Categories
  • Edit
  • Delete
