Screen Description

Screen to configure the provider credentials and the Clearinghouse, also configures everything related to the sent claims and eligibility verification.

Access

Two ways to access this screen.

• From main menu (both), press the Settings button, after screen is displayed select the Billing option and then press the Configuration button. 
• User can access from the Billing screen by pressing the Settings buttons and selecting the Configuration button.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Cancel: Cancel changes made in screen.
  • Save: Keep changes made in screen.
  • Previous: Closes screen. 
• Clearinghouse: User selects the preferred Clearinghouse and will fill all the related information of the account. The registered information in this area will be used to do the eligibility coverage and transmitted claims search.
• Provider Mappings: Configure information of  provider name that is sending the claims, provider receiving payment and the patients eligibility.
• Billing Adapter Settings: Compiles all related files use that comes in and out for billing purposes with Assertus.
