Screen where the procedures are classified and the office prices are configured.


Access 


Through Main Menu

  • On the main screen, click on the Billing button. 
  • Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Procedure Cash Rates option. 

Through QuickLinks

  • On the main screen, click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen and select the Billing option.
  • Then, click on the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Procedure Cash Rates option. 

Through Patients

  • On the Patient Details screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option. 
  • Next, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Procedure Cash Rates option. 

Through Appointments

  • On the Appointment screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option. 
  • Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Procedure Cas Rates option. 

Through Settings

  • On the Settings screen, click on the Billing button and then click on the Procedure & Cash Rates button.  


Sections


Buttons

  • Previous: Closes the screen. 


  • Filtros de las tablas: Among them are:


  • Procedures (Starred): List of frequent CPT codes and HCPCS codes. To search for other procedures and configure pricing, you will need to search for them in the Search section.

  • Office (Custom): List of custom codes created by the office to identify codes that cannot be billed. For example: Health Certificates.


  • Search by Code or Description: Section to search for procedures, by codes or description.


  • Tabla: Deployment and configuration of selected procedures. 


  • : Allows you to select the procedure as the favorite procedure of the office or center.
  • Code: Displays the procedure code. 
  • Description: Displays the description of the procedure. 
  • Lab: Allows to classify the selected code as a laboratory. 
  • DME: Allows to classify the selected code as a durable medical equipment. DME (Durable Medical Equipment). 
  • Study: Allows to classify the selected code as a study. 
  • Procedures: Allows to classify the selected code as a procedure. 
  • Price: Allows you to configure the price of the selected code.

Options to be displayed by pressing the right mouse button:


  • Add: Allows you to add more codes.

  • Delete Selected Rows: Allows you to delete the selected code.

  • Apply Medicare Rates: Allows you to automatically set the Medicare rate.

Use 
The prices entered in this screen will be used in the Claims Editor screen when adding the code to be billed. This will only apply to patients without a medical plan, nor to those invoices where the coverage already has a fee schedule established.
