There are several options for sending appointment reminders via e-mail. 


Option #1

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 

  • Press the Reports button, located in the Side Panel section on the right side of the screen.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient, provider or office you wish to send the appointment reminder to. Once selected, press the Search button.


  • The list of appointments for the selected patient for the last current month will be displayed. 


  • Then, press the Communication button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • To send an appointment reminder for a specific appointment, select the appointment and then press the Process Selected button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The e-mail will be sent. 


  • If you wish to send the appointment reminder to all patients displayed on the screen, press the Process All button located at the top of the screen.


  • All e-mails for the appointments displayed on the screen will be sent automatically. 

Option #2

  • Press the More button located at the top of the screen and select the Reports option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient, provider or office you wish to send the appointment reminder to. Once selected, press the Search button.


  • The list of appointments for the selected patient for the last current month will be displayed. 


  • Then, press the Communication button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • To send an appointment reminder for a specific appointment, select the appointment and then press the Process Selected button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The e-mail will be sent. 


  • If you wish to send the appointment reminder to all patients displayed on the screen, press the Process All button located at the top of the screen.


  • All e-mails for the appointments displayed on the screen will be sent automatically.
