• Go to Settings / General / Staff & Providers to open the Staff & Providers.
    • Note: Also can be opened in the Staff & Provider screen by pressing the Header, QuickLinks / Staff & Providers.


  • Once the Staff & Providers screen is open select the providers Progress note report to be configured.
  • Press the P.N. Report Settings button.
  • The following screen will be displayed.

  • This screen contains all the sections that could be displayed in the progress note report.
  • Make a CheckMark to all sections wanted to be included in report. The options available are:
    • Chief Complaint
    • Present Illness
    • Past History
    • Review of Systems
    • Physical Exam
    • Vital Signs
    • Assessment
    • Plan
    • Procedures
    • Patient Comments
    • Nurse Notes
    • Annotated Images
    • Addendum Notes
    • Anticipatory Guidance
    • Treatment
    • Clinical Tasks
    • OB Visit
    • Developmental Milestones
    • Triage
    • Also will be displayed the created options in the Evaluation Types screen.                                 

                   

  • User can change the description of sections in the Description column.


                                                                     

  • Press the Save button.
  • When printing the progress note again. It will be displayed in the following form: 

  • To change the displayed order drag up and down in section.
    • Note: For this example the "Present Illness" section will be moved to the upper side.



  • Press the Save button.


  • When printing again the progress note it will be displayed by the following form:
    • Note: Now the Present Illness (P,I) section will appear in the upper side of report.
