• Go to Settings screen. 
  • Press the Office button and then press the Office Directory button.  


  • The Office Directory screen will be displayed:

  • Press the Add button.  
  • The following screen will be displayed.

         


  • Write in all required fields: name, last name and physical address.
  • Press the Add Picture button to add contact picture.
  • The following screen will be displayed:

         


  • Select the most convenient option. 
  • Press Save to store changes.
