Where to use?

The Selection Keyword is used when building the Templates. Example:


  • Go to the Settings screen. 
  • Select the Office button and the Templates Selection Keywords button. 
  • Press the Add button.
  • The editable screen will be displayed.


  • To use Keyword. 
  • In the editable section write: Patient paid with:.
  • Select the Keywords tab.
  • Then press Selection Keywords.



  • By selecting the Payment Method,will be added next to the Patient paid with.

                                                                                              

  • Press the Previous button.
  • Write the Template name.Example: Billing. (Can be saved by under the preferred category)
  • Press the Save button.


How to use?

(For example purposes only the Template created in the upper side of this article will be used.)

  • Go to the Patients Detail screen.  
  • Select patient.
  • Press the Documents button.
  • Press the Certificates button.
  • In the displayed screen select the Template created in the previous section named Billing.
  • Press the Select Template button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click in the blue link named Payment Method.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

     


  • Select the payment method (Credit) and press Save.
  • This will be the result.
