There are several options to configure the Apply Normal. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Templates option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the supplier or group, to which you want to apply the configuration. 
  • Select the tab, called Present Illness.
  • Select an item. Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the Edit Item option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make the corresponding modifications. 
  • Then, select a diagnosis, related to the selected item.


  • Once the diagnosis has been selected, it will move to the right column of the screen. Press the Save button. 


  • Select a procedure, related to the selected item. 


  • Once selected, it will move to the right column of the screen, then press the Save button. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Templates option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the supplier or group, to which you want to apply the configuration. 
  • Select the tab, called Present Illness.
  • Select an item. Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the Edit Item option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make the corresponding modifications. 
  • Then, select a diagnosis, related to the selected item.


  • Once the diagnosis has been selected, it will move to the right column of the screen. Press the Save button. 


  • Select a procedure, related to the selected item. 


  • Once selected, it will move to the right column of the screen, then press the Save button.
