There are several options for setting up frequent medications.  


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Frequent Medications option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search and select the medication(s), which you want to configure. 

  • In the lower section of the screen, the selected medication will be displayed.  
  • If you want to set the medication as a favorite, press the star on the left side of the medication and select the group to which you want to add it. 


  • If the group to which you want to add the medication as a favorite is not in the list, press the Frequent Settings button at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • To create a new group of favorite medication, press the right mouse button and select the Add New Group option.


  • A new line for the group description will be displayed. Once you have typed it, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • The created group will be automatically saved.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Frequent Medications option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search and select the medication(s), which you want to configure. 

  • In the lower section of the screen, the selected medication will be displayed.  
  • If you want to set the medication as a favorite, press the star on the left side of the medication and select the group to which you want to add it. 


  • If the group to which you want to add the medication as a favorite is not in the list, press the Frequent Settings button at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • To create a new group of favorite medication, press the right mouse button and select the Add New Group option.


  • A new line for the group description will be displayed. Once you have typed it, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • The created group will be automatically saved.
