• Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press theoptions in the Billing screen and select the Configuration option. (Note: User can also open the configuration screen from Settings / Billing / Configuration.)


       


  • User can select two billing mode options:
  • Test Mode: Select this option only to make tests with the Clearing House.
  • Production: Select this option to transmit claims in production.
  • Select the Clearinghouse user is working with. 
    • Inmediata or Assertus.
  • Register the providers Username and Password  that is used in the Clearing House portal.


  • To verify if the Username y Password information was correctly registered in the corresponding Clearing House press the Test button. A blue bar will be displayed if information is correctly registered if not a red bar will be displayed.

  • Select the providers information sending the claims.For Claim Submitter, the U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number will be registered for the Claims Biller y Eligibility will be the NPI (This field will be automatically registered).


  • Enter the following information if Assertus is your Clearinghouse:

   

  • Press the Save button to keep changes.
