There are several options for editing a claim.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the Billing button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the claim, which you want to edit.
- The user has several options to edit a claim:
- Double click on the claim.
- Select the claim and press the Edit button located at the top of the screen.
- Or, press the right mouse button and select the Edit option.
- In all scenarios, the selected claim will be displayed.
- Make the corresponding modifications and then press the Save button.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Billing option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the claim, which you want to edit.
- The user has several options to edit a claim:
- Double click on the claim.
- Select the claim and press the Edit button located at the top of the screen.
- Or, press the right mouse button and select the Edit option.
- In all scenarios, the selected claim will be displayed.
- Make the corresponding modifications and then press the Save button.
