There are several options for configuring images to be used in the Physical Examination screen. 

• Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

• Select the Settings option.
  

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Press the Clinical button and then select the Image Library option.

• The following screen will be displayed:   
• Press the New button to add an image to the library. 

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Press the Browse button to select from the hard disk. 

• Press the Scan button to scan image. 

• Press the Webcam button to take the picture at the time of the image.

• The File Details screen will be displayed, select the Sub-category, Title and note if desired. 

• Then, press the Save button, if selecting from Browser, the green Done check mark, in the case of Scan and Save, if from Webcam. 

• Press the Save button.

• Press the Save button to save the image. 

• To use the image, in the Physical Examination screen, press the Add button, located in the upper right part of the screen and then again the Add button, located in the first column of the screen.   

• The following screen will be displayed:         

• Press the Library button. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 
  

• Select the image you want to add to the patient's physical examination. 

• Once the image is selected, it will be automatically displayed in the Physical Examination screen to continue with the physical evaluation of the patient.

• Press the Settings button in the main menu. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Press the Clinical button and then select the Image Library option.

• The following screen will be displayed:   
• Press the New button to add an image to the library. 

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Press the Browse button to select from the hard disk. 

• Press the Scan button to scan image. 

• Press the Webcam button to take the picture at the time of the image.
