- Go to Settings screen.
- Select the Office button and then press the Templates Selection Keywords button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button for a Keyword Selection.
- Write the keyword selection description and select the user that will be using when creating a template. In order for all users to use the created keyword selection leave the For User field in blank.
- Then press the Add button located in the middle of screen to add the detail of the possible answer.
- Write the answer description in the following screen displayed:
- Press the Save button.
