• Go to Settings screen. 
  • Select the Office button and then press the Templates Selection Keywords button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button for a Keyword Selection. 
  • Write the keyword selection description and select the user that will be using when creating a template. In order for all users to use the created keyword selection leave the For User field in blank. 


       


  • Then press the Add button located in the middle of screen to add the detail of the possible answer. 
  • Write the answer description in the following screen displayed:

          

       


  • Press the Save button.
