• Go to the Settings screen. 
  • Select the Clinical button and then press the Order Sets button.  
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to select a task, order, medication and a referral template for a specific condition. 
  • Write the description order name for the specific condition and provider that will use the order set. If created order set is going to be available for all providers leave the Provider field in blank. 
  • Example of a Diabetes diagnostics:
  • Press the Add located next to the Diagnostics area to add a related diagnosis to condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed to select the diagnosis:


  • Press the Add located next to the Tasks area for a task related to the condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:

      

  • Press the Add located next to the Orders area to add a order related the condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add Located next to the Medications area to add medications related to condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button to create a referral template related to the condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:

       

  • Press the Save button to store changes. 
  • This is how it will be shown from Order Sets from the Clinical screen.
