There are several options to remove the blockage of specific patients.

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the General button and then press the Locks option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • If more than one screen is locked and you want to delete them all, press the “Select All” button located at the top of the screen. 

  • Once the multiple screens have been selected, press the Delete Locks button. 

  • If you only want to delete one screen, select it and then press the Delete Locks button. 

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the screen. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • It will automatically be removed from the Screen Locks screen.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the General button and then press the Locks option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • If more than one screen is locked and you want to delete them all, press the “Select All” button located at the top of the screen. 

  • Once the multiple screens have been selected, press the Delete Locks button. 

  • If you only want to delete one screen, select it and then press the Delete Locks button. 

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the screen.
