Description
Screen where the information of the provider, nurse or groups is configured. Clinical groups can be configured to be used in the clinical evaluation, copy the type of clinical evaluations from group to provider, provider to provider, provider to group. Configuration of the Templates, of the progress note, frequent codes by users and assign the user that the provider wants to create orders on their behalf.
Access
Through Main Menu
- On the main screen, click on the Billing button.
- Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Staff and Providers option.
Through QuickLinks
- From the main screen, click on the QuickLinks text at the top of the screen and select the Billing option.
- Then, click on the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Staff and Providers option.
Through Patients
- On the Patient Details screen, click on the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option.
- Next, press the Settings button at the top of the screen and select the Staff and Providers option.
Through Appointments
- On the Appointments screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option.
- Then, press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Staff and Providers option.

- On the Settings screen, click on the General button and then click on the Staff & Providers button.
Sections
Buttons
- PN Settings: When pressed, it will display the screen that allows you to configure:
- Description of progress note sections.
- Order in which you want to print these sections within the report.
- Close PN Codes Settings: When pressed, it will display the screen that allows you to configure the frequently used codes by closing the progress note of the supplier selected in the table.
- Order Settings: When pressed, the screen appears where you can select the users that the supplier selected in the table authorizes to create orders.
- New: Pressing it allows you to add a new provider.
- Note: Before creating the provider, the user corresponding to the provider to be created must be created.
- Edit: Pressing allows you to edit the supplier, which is selected in the table.
- Previous: Allows to close the screen.
- Tabla: Section where all the suppliers of the office are displayed. Providers that are active will be identified with the deactivated ones will be identified with. Click on the icon to change the status.
Editing Screen
Screen where the supplier information is added or edited.
Buttons
- Save: Save the changes on screen.
- Cancel: Closes the screen, without making any changes.
Information
- User: The user corresponding to the supplier being registered is selected.
- Primary Specialty: Allows you to select the provider's primary specialty.
- Secondary Specialty: Allows you to select the provider's secondary specialty.
Identifications
- NPI: The National Provider Identifier is registered.
- Title: Provider's title.
- Subtitle: Another provider subtitle.
- Signature Title: Title signature.
- Print Alias: Allows setting a nickname for the user.
- Signature Pre Title: Allows you to set a title, before the user's name, in the user's signature section.
- Copy Selected Credentials To All Offices (Botón): When pressed, it allows you to copy the provider's credentials to all registered offices.
General Options
- Use Quick P.N.: Allows the user to use the Quick Progress Note.
- Accepts assignment: Selecting this option means that the user accepts assignments.
- Accepts appointments: By selecting this option, you agree that appointments can be made and attended by him.
- Accepts Referrals: Selecting this option means that the provider will accept referrals.
- Has Signature on File: Selecting this option means that the supplier has the signature registered in the system.
- Print orders with office info: When this option is selected, and the provider prescribes from a facility, the facility information will be printed on the progress note and prescriptions and/or orders sent.
- Use Group Frequent Codes: Selecting this option allows you to use the configuration of frequent codes, by group.
- Use Progress Note Group Settings: Selecting this option allows you to use the progress note settings, by group.
- View Assigned patients only: Selecting this option allows you to use the progress note settings, by group.
- Use Groups Clinical Evaluation: Selecting this checkbox allows the provider to use the previously configured group clinical assessments (Note: When selecting a group and pressing the Save button, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that when changing to the group clinical assessment, the system will automatically perform a restart).
Billing Options: Identify what type of specialty the provider has:
- Generalist
- Specialist
- Sub-Specialist
Credentials
- Office: Offices will be displayed.
- Medical License: The state medical license is registered.
- Narcotics License: The state narcotics license is registered.
- DEA Number: The DEA Registration Number is registered.
- SSN: The Social Security Number is registered.
- ETIN: The Electronic Transmitter Identification Number is recorded.
- SPI: The Surescripts Provider Identifier is registered.
- NADEAN Number: This number is recorded for certain controlled drugs that, in addition to the DEA number, require the NADEAN number for the prescription to be filled.
- e-Prescribing: Identifies whether the provider is registered to send electronic prescriptions.
User
- Name: Displays the user's name.
- Username: Displays the username, used by the provider, to log into the system.
- I: Displays the user's initial.
- Last: Displays the user's first last name.
- 2nd Last: Displays the user's second last name.
- Groups: Displays the group, to which the provider belongs.
- Status: Identifies whether the user is active or inactive.. Click on the icon to change the status.
Addresses
- Physical: The provider's physical address is recorded.
- Postal: The provider's mailing address is recorded.
