There are several options for editing a reference provider.


Option #1 
  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Referring Providers option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Search for the provider you wish to refer. Either by first name, last name, specialty, NPI and city. The status is already set by default. 


  • Once you start entering the search criteria, they will automatically be displayed in the column below.


  • Click on the Add button, located on the name of the provider you wish to add.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Save button. 
  • It will automatically go to the right column.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then select the Referring Providers option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Search for the provider you wish to refer. Either by first name, last name, specialty, NPI and city. The status is already set by default. 


  • Once you start entering the search criteria, they will automatically be displayed in the column below.


  • Click on the Add button, located on the name of the provider you wish to add.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Save button. 
  • It will automatically go to the right column. 

Option #3
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then select the Referring Providers option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Search for the provider you wish to refer. Either by first name, last name, specialty, NPI and city. The status is already set by default. 


  • Once you start entering the search criteria, they will automatically be displayed in the column below.


  • Click on the Add button, located on the name of the supplier you wish to add.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Save button. 
  • It will automatically go to the right column. 


Option #4
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.

  • Select the Referring Providers option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Search for the provider you wish to refer. Either by first name, last name, specialty, NPI and city. The status is already set by default. 


  • Once you start entering the search criteria, they will automatically be displayed in the column below.


  • Click on the Add button, located on the name of the provider you wish to add.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Save button. 
  • It will automatically go to the right column. 


Option #5

  • Go to the Documents screen.


  • Press the Referrals button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Press the Referring Providers button, located at the top of the screen:


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the provider, which you want to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The Edit Details screen will be displayed.  


  • Make the corresponding modifications. 
  • Then press the Save button, located at the top of the screen, to save the changes.
