There are several options for configuring the billing section


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Billing button and then press the Configuration option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Register your username and password. 
  • Select all the information of the supplier, who is submitting the invoices. For the Claim Submitter, the U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number will be entered, for the Claim Biller and Eligibility will be the NPI. These fields will be entered automatically. 


  • Once you have completed the configuration, press the Save button located at the top of the screen. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Billing button and then press the Configuration option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Register your username and password. 
  • Select all the information of the supplier, who is submitting the invoices. For the Claim Submitter, the U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number will be entered, for the Claim Biller and Eligibility will be the NPI. These fields will be entered automatically. 


  • Once you have completed the configuration, press the Save button located at the top of the screen. 

Option #3

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Then select the Configuration option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Register your username and password. 
  • Select all the information of the supplier, who is submitting the invoices. For the Claim Submitter, the U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number will be entered, for the Claim Biller and Eligibility will be the NPI. These fields will be entered automatically. 


  • Once you have completed the configuration, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.
