There are several options to configure rate groups to an insurer. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Billing button and then select the Fee Schedules option.      
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the plan, to which you want to add the fee. 
  • Once selected, press the Add button, located in the Business Units / Fee Schedules column. 
  • The row to add the title of the new fare will be enabled.
  • Edit the name of your choice to identify the tariff (For this example, EHP was added).


  • Right-click on the Prices section. The following options will be displayed: 


  • Select the option called Append Medicare Codes + Rates.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the codes, which you want to download. (For the purposes of the example, codes 99201 to 99215 will be copied).


  • Once selected, press the Download button. 


  • The system will display the codes and rates corresponding to Medicare.
  • Once the process is complete, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • The codes will be automatically displayed in the Prices section. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Billing button and then select the Fee Schedules option.      


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the plan, to which you want to add the fee. 
  • Once selected, press the Add button, located in the Business Units / Fee Schedules column. 
  • The row to add the title of the new fare will be enabled.
