- Go to the Workflow screen
- Select the Arrivals tab.
- Select the patient you wish to record, as having left the facility or office, without being seen.
- Once selected, press the Remove Patients button.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to remove the patient from the Arrivals list and record that the patient left the office or facility without being seen.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- Pressing the Yes button will display the following screen:
- Select the option, by which the patient left the office or center, without being attended.
- If there is no reason why the patient left the center without being seen, press the Click to edit options button located on the right side of the reason selection field.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button located at the top of the screen.
- A new line will be enabled to add the reason why the patient left the office or facility.
- Once configured, press the Save button.
