• Go to the Workflow screen 
  • Select the Arrivals tab. 
  • Select the patient you wish to record, as having left the facility or office, without being seen.


  • Once selected, press the Remove Patients button. 


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button to remove the patient from the Arrivals list and record that the patient left the office or facility without being seen. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • Pressing the Yes button will display the following screen:


  • Select the option, by which the patient left the office or center, without being attended. 


  • If there is no reason why the patient left the center without being seen, press the Click to edit options button located on the right side of the reason selection field. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button located at the top of the screen. 
  • A new line will be enabled to add the reason why the patient left the office or facility. 
  • Once configured, press the Save button.
