There are several options to access the Payer Summary.


Option #1

  • Press the Billing button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select any medical bread claim, which you want to see the summary. 


  • Once selected, click on the Payer Summary tab, located on the left side of the screen. 


  • For this example, an SSS claim was selected. 
  • Automatically, the selected medical plan information will be displayed. 


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Billing option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select any medical bread claim, which you want to see the summary. 


  • Once selected, click on the Payer Summary tab, located on the left side of the screen. 


  • For this example, an SSS claim was selected. 
  • Automatically, the selected medical plan information will be displayed. 


Option #3 

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select a medical plan payment you wish to view the summary of. 
  • Once selected, press the Payer Summary button located at the top of the screen.


  • The aging and summary of the selected medical plan will be displayed on the screen:


Option #4

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Reconcile button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select a medical plan payment you wish to view the summary of. 
  • Once selected, press the Payer Summary button located at the top of the screen.


  • The aging and summary of the selected medical plan will be displayed on the screen:
