Classifies the procedures and enter the office prices.

Access

Screen access from two areas:

• From"Settings": In main menu, press the Billing button and select the Fee Schedules option.
• From"Billing": In main menu press the Billing button, then  press the Settings button and select the Fee Schedules option.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Previous: Closes screen.
• Chart filters: There are three list options:
  • Favorites:Favorite codes list of office.
  • Procedures:CPT codes list and frequent HCPCS codes.To lookup and register prices to other procedures you have to go to the Search area.
  • Office (Custom): Customized listed codes, identifies a non-billable code crated by the office. For example: Doctor's Note.
• Tabla: Displays three list types, favorite codes of the office, procedures list including the CPT codes and the HCPCS codes and the customized coed list of the office.
  • Add: Allows to add codes.
  • Delete Selected Rows: Allows to delete the selected code.
  • Apply Medicare Rates:  Allows to register automatically the Medicare rate.

Screen use

The register prices in this screen is used in the Claims Editor screen when adding the billing code. This does not apply to patients without an insurance plan neither for the claims that have their Fee Schedule established.
