Introduction

Several screens and additional options, such as the Physical Exam, have been specifically designed for specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. These options can be accessed via the sidebar on the Progress Note screen and include: Physical Therapy, Physical Exam, Physical Examination, and Optimal Instrument.

Screens

Physical Therapy: Screen where the information about the physical therapies given to the patient is stored. Recommended Article: Advanced Progress Note / Physical Therapy

Physical Exam: Screen used to record information about the physical examination performed on the patient. Recommended Article: Advanced Progress Note / Physical Exam

Physical Examination: A screen is utilized to record the locations of marks, injuries, or any other noticeable anomalies. Recommended Article: Advanced Progress Note / Physical Examination

Optimal Instrument: A screen is utilized to conduct assessments of difficulty and confidence during a physical therapy evaluation or subsequent follow-ups. Recommended Article: Advanced Progress Note / Optimal Instrument
