There are several options to add an additional address to the patient's record.


Option #1  

  • Select the 'Patients' button in the main menu.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the patient who requires an additional address.
  • Select the "More" button, which is situated at the top of the display.
  • Choose the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the 'Add' button, which is situated at the top of the interface.


  • A new empty row will appear:


  • Fill in all fields.
    • Note: The city field will automatically populate when the zip code is entered during registration.
  • Once you have completed entering the information, press the "Save" button to store the recorded data.


Option #2

  • Select the 'QuickLinks' option, situated at the top of the main menu.
  • Choose the 'Patients' option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the patient who requires an additional address.
  • Select the "More" button, which is situated at the top of the display.
  • Choose the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the 'Add' button, which is situated at the top of the interface.


  • A new empty row will appear:


  • Fill in all fields.
    • Note: The city field will automatically populate when the zip code is entered during registration.
  • Once you have completed entering the information, press the "Save" button to store the recorded data.


Option #3

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Select a patient from the calendar.


  • After selection, the user has two options for record creation. Click on the 'Patient Details' button, which is situated on the right side of the screen within the Side Panel area.


  • Alternatively, click the information button located next to the patient's name and choose the 'Pt Details' option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the patient who requires an additional address.
  • Select the "More" button, which is situated at the top of the display.
  • Choose the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the 'Add' button, which is situated at the top of the interface.


  • A new empty row will appear:


  • Fill in all fields.
    • Note: The city field will automatically populate when the zip code is entered during registration.
  • Once you have completed entering the information, press the "Save" button to store the recorded data.
