There are several options to view the history of a patient's alerts.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the “Patients” button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Perform the search and select the patient for whom you wish to view the history of alerts.
- Once selected, press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the “Alerts” option and then the “Patient Alert History” option.
The following screen will be displayed:
- If you wish to see the patient's alert message, click on the note box.
- The alert message will be displayed.
- To activate or deactivate the alerts, press the button in the last column of the alert.
- Or, click on the alert line.
To view the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, go to the patient's demographic screen.
Then, press the “More” button and select the “Alert Manager” option.
- The following message will be displayed:
- Press the “Yes” button to display and manage all alerts for the selected patient, pressing the “No” button will display alerts for all patients.
- This will display the screen with all the administrative and clinical alerts for the selected patient.
Option #2
- Click on the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the "Patients" option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Perform the search and select the patient for whom you wish to view the history of alerts.
- Once selected, press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the “Alerts” option and then the “Patient Alert History” option.
The following screen will be displayed:
- If you wish to see the patient's alert message, click on the note box.
- The alert message will be displayed.
- To activate or deactivate the alerts, press the button in the last column of the alert.
- Or, click on the alert line.
To view the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, go to the patient's demographic screen.
Then, press the “More” button and select the “Alert Manager” option.
- The following message will be displayed:
- Press the “Yes” button to display and manage all alerts for the selected patient, pressing the “No” button will display alerts for all patients.
