- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Click the View button located at the top of the screen.
- Choose the category in which you would like the appointment screen to appear.
Day View
- To display appointments for a specific day, click the View button and then choose the Day View option.
- The screen will be displayed as follows:
Work Week View
- To display the appointments for a specific work week, click on the View button and choose the Work Week View option.
- The screen will be displayed as follows:
Week View
- To display the appointments for a specific week, click on the View button and choose the Week View option.

Month View
- To display the appointments for a specific month, click on the View button and then choose the Month View option.

Timeline View
- To display the appointments in a list format, click on the View button and then choose the List View option.
