- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Side Panel button located at the top of the screen.
- The panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
- To view the sections in this panel, click the Side Panel Settings button at the top of the screen and choose the options you want to display. (Note: Selecting the 'Show Work Time Only' option will display the calendar with only the provider's working hours.)
- To display the calendar with only the hours during which the provider is available, select the "Show Work Time Only" option.
- After selecting all the frequently used sections, the user can save the configured panel design by clicking the 'Side Panel Settings' button at the top of the screen and choosing the 'Save Layout' option.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Click the "Yes" button to save the configuration.
- To cancel the action, click on the "No" button.
Top Screen Buttons
- Eligibility: Pressing the button will bring up the screen that shows the eligibility for the selected patient's medical plan and pharmacy coverage.
- Search: Enables searching for patient appointments.
- Reports: The screen displays the appointment reports for management purposes. It includes a 'Runaway' column, which lists patients who departed the office without receiving attention.
- Saved Report: Displays a list of all reports created by a user.
- Save Current: Enables the modification of the selected report.
- Save as New: Enables the saving of displayed information as a new appointment report.
- Communications: Enables the display of the Reminder screen. Note: The patients shown on this screen are the same as those listed on the Communications screen.
- Print: This function enables the printing of the appointment report. Note: To remove columns from the report, navigate to the screen and drag them out of the grid, then reprint the report. To restore any removed columns, close and reopen the screen.
- Previous: Closes screen.
- Filters: The information shown on this screen will vary based on the filters applied. It can be sorted by date, patient, provider, and office location.
- Past Week: Display a summary of last week's appointments.
- Today: Display the report with today's date.
- Next Week: Generate a report for the upcoming week's appointments.
- Next 15 Days: Display a report of scheduled appointments for the next 15 days.
- Next Month: Display a report with appointments for the next month.
- Exclude previously sent reminder patients: Enables the exclusion of previously sent reminder notifications to patients in reports.
- Include deleted appointments: Enables the inclusion of deleted appointments in the report.
- Tabla: Displays all information based on the selected filters.
- Date: Show the patient's scheduled appointment date.
- Arrival: Shows the time the patient arrived at the office.
- Discharge: Indicates the time when the patient was discharged.
- Patient: Displays patient's name.
- Record No: Displays patient's record number.
- Alt. Rec. No: Displays the patient's alternate record number.
- Mobile Phone: Displays patient's mobile number.
- Other Phone: Displays another patient's phone number.
- Type: Show the type of the patient's appointment.
- Confirmed: Display the patient's confirmed appointment.
- Runaway: If "Left Office without being attended" is selected on the Appointments screen, it will be displayed.
- Primary Ins. Co.: Displays the primary insurance company of the patient.
- Primary Ins. Plan: Displays the primary insurance plan of the patient.
- Secondary Ins. Co.: Displays the secondary insurance company of the patient.
- Secondary Ins. Plan: Display the patient's secondary insurance plan.
- Schedule: Displays the screen for managing patients' recurring appointments.
- Refresh: This action will refresh the screen, and the subsequent display will appear:
- Appointments Settings: Display the screen to manage the appointment screen configuration settings.
- View Date Selector: Section for managing patient appointments.
- Patient's: To search for patients, select the desired section, then click and hold the left mouse button to drag it to the appointment time.
- Appointment Detail: The section displays details of the patient's appointments.
- Arrived: By checking this box, the patient's arrival at the office will be registered.
- : Enables editing of information on the Appointments Details screen.
- Left the office without attended: Choose this option if the patient departed the office without receiving attention.
- Delete: Enables the deletion of a patient's appointment.
- Refresh Details: After making changes, click on the specified icon to update the selected patient's information.
- Documents: Enables the display of the Documents screen for the selected patient.
- Notes: Displays the patient's notes created in the Patient Details screen.
- Insurance: Displays the image of the primary and secondary patient medical plans.
- Past Appointments: Upon pressing the Refresh button, the system will display the selected patient's past appointments from the previous four months.
