• Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Search button located at the top of screen. 
  • Choose the Appt. Search option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

   

  • Please select the patient for whom you wish to schedule an appointment.

         

  • Choose the date range you want to check for the chosen provider.


  • Please select the provider to schedule your appointment with.


  • Choose the appointment duration.


  • Choose the appointment type.  


  • Choose the office where you would like to schedule the appointment.

       

  • After selecting all the required fields, click the Refresh button to display the available appointments for the chosen provider.
     
  • All available appointments for the selected provider will be displayed.

          

  • Choose the desired appointment or appointments for the selected patient. 
  • After making your selection, click the 'Save' button located at the top of the screen. 
  • The selected appointment will be created automatically.
  • The confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the screen. 


  • The appointment will be automatically created for the selected date and time.
