- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Search button located at the top of screen.
- Choose the Appt. Search option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Please select the patient for whom you wish to schedule an appointment.
- Choose the date range you want to check for the chosen provider.
- Please select the provider to schedule your appointment with.
- Choose the appointment duration.
- Choose the appointment type.
- Choose the office where you would like to schedule the appointment.
- After selecting all the required fields, click the Refresh button to display the available appointments for the chosen provider.
- All available appointments for the selected provider will be displayed.
- Choose the desired appointment or appointments for the selected patient.
- After making your selection, click the 'Save' button located at the top of the screen.
- The selected appointment will be created automatically.
- The confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- The appointment will be automatically created for the selected date and time.
