• Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click the View Resources button at the top of the screen, then select the "Providers" tab.
  • The list of providers will be displayed:


  • Choose the provider from the list if the patient will be seen by a different provider.
  • Selecting the Arrived At checkbox in the appointment details will display the provider on the Clinical Records screen and in the Arrivals column of the main menu.


  • The providers will be displayed as follows on the Workflow screen:
