Various options are available to enable or disable vacation days and holidays.


 Option #1

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button, which is located on the right side of the screen in the Side Panel section.


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.


  • To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
  • To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
  • Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.


Option #2

  • Select the 'QuickLinks' option, situated at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the Settings option.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Select the Office button, then choose the Appointments option.


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.


  • To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
  • To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
  • Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.


Option #3

  • Select the Settings button from the main menu.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Select the Office button, then choose the Appointments option.


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.


  • To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
  • To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
  • Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.
