Various options are available to enable or disable vacation days and holidays.
Option #1
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Settings button, which is located on the right side of the screen in the Side Panel section.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.
- To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
- To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
- Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.
Option #2
- Select the 'QuickLinks' option, situated at the top of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Office button, then choose the Appointments option.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.
- To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
- To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
- Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.
Option #3
- Select the Settings button from the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Office button, then choose the Appointments option.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Choose the holiday or vacation day to activate or deactivate.
- To deactivate the selected line, click on the green icon.
- To activate the selected line, click on the icon.
- Important Note: A green icon signifies that the record is active, while a red icon indicates that the record is deactivated.
