There are several options for editing a patient-related provider.


Option #1 

  • In the main menu, press the “Patients” button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient, for which you want to edit the related provider. 
  • Press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the “Related Providers” option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the “Edit” button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Make the corresponding modifications.
  • Once the information has been edited, press the “Save” button, located at the top of the screen, to save the changes.


Option #2

  • Click on the “QuickLinks” text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Choose the "Patients" option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient, for which you want to edit the related provider. 
  • Press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the “Related Providers” option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the “Edit” button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Make the corresponding modifications.
  • Once the information has been edited, press the “Save” button, located at the top of the screen, to save the changes.
