There are several options for editing a referral template.


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 

  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Referral Templates option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the referral template you wish to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button located at the top of the screen.


  • Make all the corresponding modifications to the selected template. 
  • Once you have edited the selected template, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Press the Cancel button to skip the action. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Referral Templates option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the referral template you wish to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button located at the top of the screen.


  • Make all the corresponding modifications to the selected template. 
  • Once you have edited the selected template, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Press the Cancel button to skip the action.
