There are several options for configuring a medical facility.


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Facilities option. 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The section will be enabled to register the medical facility information. Remember that the name and NPI are required fields. 


  • Once you have completed entering the medical facility information, press the Save button.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Facilities option. 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The section will be enabled to register the medical facility information. Remember that the name and NPI are required fields. 


  • Once you have completed entering the medical facility information, press the Save button.


Option #3
  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Facilities option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The section will be enabled to register the medical facility information. Remember that the name and NPI are required fields. 


  • Once you have completed entering the medical facility information, press the Save button.
